To ensure continuous availability, we perform regular automated backups of all critical databases and file stores. Our architecture includes redundancy across regional zones, ensuring your operations remain uninterrupted.
Data Privacy & AI Model Isolation
Your business knowledge, PDFs, websites, and data sources are exclusively yours. We strictly use your data point for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to answer user queries. We absolutely do not use your proprietary customer data, uploaded files, or chat histories to train, fine-tune, or improve generalized public AI models (like GPT-4).
You retain full ownership and control of your data. You can delete your knowledge base, individual files, generated leads, and chat histories at any time. When you initiate a deletion, the records are permanently purged from our primary live databases.
We process data solely to provide the services you subscribed to. This includes surfacing relevant context for chatbot answers, storing lead generation forms you explicitly configure, and providing you with chat analytics so you can improve your customer service. We do not sell user data or share it with unauthorized third parties.
We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. For active chatbots, we keep historical lead and chat conversation logs so you can analyze performance. If you close your account or delete a domain, the associated data is removed per our deletion policies.
Compliance & Operations
WeezIQ never touches your raw credit card data. All billing and subscription payments are processed securely via leading global payment processors, which maintain the highest levels of strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance and global banking standards.
Only authorized personnel within your organization can access your conversational logs and settings. Our systems enforce strict Role-Based Access Controls to ensure team members only access what they are provisioned for.
Our infrastructure includes 24/7 automated monitoring, API rate-limiting, and deep anomaly detection. We actively defend against DDoS attacks, automated scraping, and unauthorized access attempts.
